Australian Tree Frog

  • Scientific name: Litoria Caerulea

    Australian tree frogs, belonging to the Hylidae family, are arboreal amphibians found throughout Australia.  Adapted for climbing, these frogs have sticky toe pads and can change colour for camouflage. They are primarily nocturnal, feeding on insects and other small invertebrates. Known for their loud mating calls, especially after rain, tree frogs are highly adaptable, thriving in diverse habitats, including urban areas.
