Wildlife Experiences

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable wildlife experience, please take note of the following terms and conditions requirements:

  2. Parking: Please provide nearby parking for our team to transport the animals safely. Any parking charges or vouchers will need to be covered or provided on the day. Kindly note If parking is not available, this may result in a delay and we may not be able to carry out your booking
  3. Setup Area: Our wildlife presenter will need a quiet area and 2 sturdy chairs for the show. Our setup includes our pop up banner, and our animals rest safely behind creating them a quiet and safe area.
  4. Weather: please note that our outdoor events are weather permitting. If conditions are excessively sunny, rainy, or windy, we may require an alternative indoor area as a backup. This precaution is taken to prioritise the safety and comfort of both participants and the animals involved.
  5. Food Policy: Please cover or put away all food throughout the duration of the experience for health and hygiene reasons.
  6. Balloons: You are welcome to have balloon displays, but please avoid loose balloons as they may frighten our animals.
  7. Pets: To ensure the well-being of our animals and your own pets, it is essential to keep any pets in another room/area during the experience. If this cannot happen the show will not be able to go ahead.
  8. Timely Start: We recommend welcoming guests at least 15-30 minutes earlier to ensure everyone is settled. Starting the show promptly allows for a seamless experience.

Living things ensure that all participants involved in any encounter with our animals receive a verbal animal welfare and handling briefing from our animal handler/s before their encounter.
