Cancellation by a client within two weeks of the booking will incur a 100% charge.

Although we allow a very generous amount of travelling time for potential delays, in the unlikely event that Living Things encounters a delay whilst travelling to a show, they will contact the client immediately to inform of the situation. A booking may not be cancelled by a client as a result of a delay where the engagement will still be possible. If a show is not possible due to the non-liability of Living Things, an alternative date will be arranged.
In the event of a Living Things experiencing extenuating circumstances, an alternative handler will try to honour the booking as arranged. If this is not possible, the original handler will negotiate a reduced fee. Any substitute date must be booked within three months of the original date.

It is important that you phone before sending the application because Living Things will need to schedule the date in the diary. Any forms sent that have not had a phone call prior to being sent may not be able to be booked.
